Data & provenance

Capture is logged-out public NSW Planning Portal DA data (CC-BY-4.0) plus the Fair Trading certifier register. Full policy lives in the repo as DATA-PROVENANCE.md.

Posture

• Logged-out and public. No accounts, no ToS click-through.
• Robots honoured. User-agent PlanGraphBot. Polite rate.
• No anti-bot circumvention. If a source blocks us, we stop.
• Every R2 snapshot carries provenance (URL, time, hash, licence).

Entities, not people

Rows are keyed on application number, council, and accreditation — never on a person. Applicant names, when present, stay on the project edge and are not a product of their own.

What the medians are

Median lodged → determined days for DAs determined in that month, from our daily status snapshots. This is not the NSW Council League Table average, and it is not a guarantee of future assessment time.
